Breathwork came into my life during a time of deep personal transition, and the practice was so impactful that I traveled down to Mexico and El Salvador to become officially trained in the technique.

Since then I’ve been integrating breathwork with my professional clients, while also running stand-alone breathwork programs with renowned breathwork facilitator Aine Kimsey.

In June we facilitated an online breathwork session with over 150 men from around the world (using Zoom) – and the results were so off-the-charts powerful we decided to launch this challenge.
